A50 Open Catamaran Concept

A50 open catamaran is a design concept from Finland industrial designer, Janne Leppanen. 

 A catamaran which has the ability to accommodate three or four people and be as eco-friendly as it can. This concept features 50-foot extended open catamaran where the letter A inside the title was inspired with this particular designer previous concept, Arkki.

The most effective part of the A50 open catamaran is its cell surface, fitted to attain extra solar energy and the electrical engines together with other system are situated beneath the rear deck giving good amount of space

It utilizes Esthec composite deck with materials and technology, carefully completed to satisfy eco conscious consumers’ demands. It features bigger open space particularly for day cruising or longer trip.

The A50 open catamaran, can be  personalized how a deck, sun bathing area or perhaps the cabin rental fees are made or the way the boat would appear like, and offers  the facility to choose from many versions offered.

Smart Brabus Electric Drive

In collaboration with Smart, German tuning company Brabus has announced the arrival of Smart Brabus Electric Drive and ebike concept

The latest reiteration of the fortwo ED features a range of upgrades including tridion safety cell and door mirror caps, a front spoiler, dark headlamp housings and a rear apron insert with double reflectors.Brabus have slightly increased the output of the magento-electric motor from 75 to 82hp with 100lb-ft of torque.

A new sports suspension lowers the vehicle by around 10mm, which sits on 16/17-inch Brabus Monoblock VII alloys.Inside, an assortment of upgrades include leather instrument panel and interior door trim, leather seas, stainless-steel sports pedals, Brabus handbrake handle and Brabus cockpit clock and rev counter.

As for the smart Brabus ebike concept, this features a 500 Watt electric motor and is capable of a 30mph top speed.Four power levels can be accessed via the throttle hand grip, with the fourth providing maximum pushing power.

Mirroring the fortwo ED, the ebike gets a blacked-out look, albeit with a matt finish. It also boasts a four-piston brake system on the front wheel, four-spoke carbon-fiber wheels, a carbon-fiber seatpost and green leather saddle and grips

A production version of the ebike and the electric drive will be available for purchase via smart centers in 12 countries by the end of the year.

MODULO 3 Watch Concept

MODULO 3 is a LED wrist watch with a rhombus based display. The diamond shape at the center of the display is the PM indicator.  The four corners around it show analog based hours.  The upper one means 12, the right one 3, the down one 6, and the left one 9.  One or two additional hours are represented by the respective amount of rounded squares lit around the analog hours.

The LEDs along the top determine groups of ten minutes (10-50) and those along the bottom determine the single minutes (1-9).  The fact that these LEDs turn a corner in the middle helps with the counting.

A button on the side will activate an animation followed by time display.  But even when the time is not displayed, the design is still pleasing to the eye. There is an option for an automatic LED animation every 5 seconds within a specified time period for showoff and attraction

D-CAN Camera Concept by Jean Michel Bonnemoy

D-Can Camera Concept by Jean Michel Bonnemoy is a HD camera that comes wiith a large range zoom stabilized USM lens, with lens cap  featuring an electronic flash and the AF-assist illuminator.

Its cursor “function” allows to choose between fixed views or video, pictures reading, intervallometer and power off, and its high-definition back screen is used for the aim, the control and the parameter setting by means of a trackball.

Other Features includes :

• A ring authorizes the focus correction. The focal is lockable.
• Extension cursor for macrophotography
• The accessory shoe can receive, besides an electronic flash, a directional microphone or a remote control receiver.
• Cursor “mode” (program, speed or aperture priority, manual)
• Double key ISO (100 to 6400 ISO).
• Sockets for peripheral: microphone, audio headset, power supply.

 This  one of kind model from Huet Brothers , the Coupe RR is being offered with three different motor options viz., HB Coupe RR Diesel , HB Coupe RR ,  HB Coupe RR M mated to a manual 6 speed gearbox or a seven speed double clutch transmission. HB Coupe RR Diesel  is also available with a 6 speed automatic.

After stripping the 1 Series Coupe down to it’s frame, the Coupe RR receives a full carbon monocoque body, brake and wheel upgrades to complete the exterior.

First up, the 1046 KG , HB Coupe RR Diesel  is powered by a 2L 4cyl Diesel engine that peaks 220 BHP and 400 NM and completes the 0-100 km/hr in 5.3 Seconds. Whereas the 1082 KG HB Coupe RR is powered by 3L - 6cyl peaking 306 BHP and 400 NM, runs the 0-100 km/hr  in 4 Seconds. Finally, the 1099 KG HB Coupe RR M is powered by 3L - 6cyl M giving out 330 BHP& 450 NM and completes the same in 3.8 Seconds
