Audi Q3 Vail Concept |
The Audi Q3 Vail Concept is an engineering experiment in drivetrain transplantation powered by a the same drivetrain as the Audi TT RS and RS3 Sportback, a 2.5 litre, turbocharged five-cylinder engine peaking 314 hp and 295 lb-ft (400Nm) of torque. The engine is mated to a quattropermanent AWD system and a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission. Zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) takes just 5.5 seconds, and the top speed is 163 mph.
It has an aluminium roof rails with integrated LED lights, a new grille, aluminium sump guard, 20-inch 5-spoke alloys, and add-on body parts finished in matt grey quartz-based paint.
The interior of the Audi Q3 Vail concept has black, grey and red colour scheme which compliments the exterior. It features a titanium grey Alcantara headlining and a black, ribbed floor mats edged with narrow strips of red velvet-finish leather. Large parts of the interior, including the carpet, are black.
The side wall of the trunk houses a charging station and the cup holder between the front seats features a Thermos bottle. It also has a LED lighting that can be used for warming hands or ski boots
