Nikon introduces the latest addition of its full-frame D-SLR line up, the D800 that comes with a 36.3-megapixel full-frame image sensor offering 7360x4912 of image resolution.
The D800, Nikon's first camera offering such a huge resolution , features a 91,000 pixel RGB sensor, an improved 51-point AF system, advanced scene recognition system and lots of other new features.
The scene recognition system allows an array of colors including 3D color matrix meter III, which provides accurate measurement in most light conditions and the RGB sensor analyze and exactly support the scene recognition system.
The camera is built using magnesium alloy and has a 3.2 inch LCD view finder, supports SD, SDHC, SDXC memory cards, CompactFlash memory cards for storage and for connectivity it has USB, HDMI port, audio input, audio output, 10-pin remote terminal.
Further, it supports full 1080p video capture with professional features like uncompressed HDMI output, full manual control, and a dedicated headphone jack for accurate monitoring of audio levels and the Expeed 3 image processing engine
